1. Service Description
Token Verdict, operated by Token Story Labs, provides independent pre-TGE token assessment reports based on publicly available and client-submitted documentation. Reports represent the professional opinion of our analysts at the time of preparation.
2. Not Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice
All Token Verdict reports, scores, communications, and any content published or shared by Token Story Labs are for informational and analytical purposes only. Nothing we produce constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise deal in any token, cryptocurrency, or security of any kind.
Token Verdict assessments represent independent analytical opinions based on publicly available and client-submitted information at a specific point in time. They are not a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or future performance. Scores and findings may become outdated as project circumstances change.
You should always conduct your own due diligence and seek independent qualified financial, legal, and professional advice before making any investment or business decisions. Crypto assets carry significant risk, including the total loss of capital.
3. AI-Assisted Research & Methodology
Token Verdict assessments combine human expertise with AI-powered research and analysis tools. While this methodology enables comprehensive analysis across multiple dimensions, it is not infallible. AI-generated content may contain errors, and all facts, claims, and findings should be independently verified by the reader before being relied upon.
Token Story Labs does not warrant that any information contained in a Token Verdict report is accurate, complete, timely, or fit for any particular purpose. We accept no liability for decisions made based on our assessments.
4. Accuracy & Limitations
Our assessments are based solely on documentation provided or publicly available at the time of assessment. We cannot independently verify all claims made in project documentation. Token Verdict accepts no liability for inaccuracies arising from incomplete, misleading, or false information provided by clients or third parties.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client project information as confidential. We will not publish, share, or reference any client report, score, or project name in public content without explicit written consent from the client.
5. Payment
Pricing will be communicated following initial review of your submitted documents. Payment terms will be outlined in a separate engagement letter prior to work commencing.
6. Intellectual Property
All assessment reports remain the intellectual property of Token Story Labs until full payment is received, at which point a licence to use the report is granted to the client.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
